provide the following information about your problem:
The software you are using,
BatchAudio or BatchAudio Command Line.
Your software registration
id.
The full version of the
software, for example version 1.0.
The operating system you are
using.
Your processor make, speed and
the amount of RAM in your system.
A description of the problem
you encountered.
The steps that can be taken to
reproduce the problem.
When a support request is sent a
response will be given as soon as possible, normally within 24
hours. This first response will acknowledge receipt of your
report. This is not an automated response and once you receive
this you can assume that the information you have sent has been
logged and is being investigated. As soon as is practical you
will be advised further by future emails.
